Enrique Iglesias currently has two singles racing up the charts. One is a typical club banger that doesn’t live up to the hype. The second is a beautiful Bacchata slow jam that will remind his fans that Enrique still has classic music ahead of him.
“Turn Up The Night” is the lead single from his second bilingual CD set for a late October release date. The EDM pop single is very reminiscent of his recent hits “I Like It” and “Tonight (I’m Loving You)”. The song was produced by The Cataracs whose style is a clone of Pitbull and will.i.am’s overplayed Top 40 beats. The song is weaker than the video which captures the Hi-NRG Miami nightlife scene. Ladies will enjoy a peek at a shirtless Enrique.
“Loco” features the smooth bachata sounds of Romeo Santos from the band, Aventura. The stylish video includes guest appearances by one of Hollywood’s ultimate badass actors, Danny Trejo. And keeping with Enrique’s tradition of adding some of the most beautiful women in the world in his videos, Roselyn Sanchez illuminates the screen, slow dancing in her sultry red dress. Just as Roselyn is making an impressive comeback with her new hit TV show, Devious Maids, it looks like Enrique’s going to hit it big with his best Spanish single in years!
