“L.A. LOVE (LA LA)” FERGIE
It’s been eight years since Fergie’s debut CD, The Dutchess. If you’ve been wondering where Fergie has been her new single practically cites an atlas as she describes no less than 30 places around the world where she’s been hanging out! This summer, Fergie appeared on Chelsea Handler’s now-defunct Chelsea Lately show and announced a new solo CD is finally on its way. ( Check out the vibrant CD cover leaked to the press.) Scheduled for release in early 2015, will Fergie’s 2nd CD, “Smile Now, Cry Later” bring back her Fergalicious sound or will we see some new growth from Ms Ferguson? The lead single, “L.A. Love (La La)” sounds like she’s picking up right where she left us. Produced by DJ Mustard, the track sounds a lot like “London Bridge” with even more attitude. Following her marriage to Josh Duhammel and the birth of her first son, look for some references to Fergie’s big life changes.
“LA TEMPERATURA” J ALVAREZ
Puerto Rican Reggaeton artist, J. Alvarez debuted at #2 on the iTunes Latin albums charts earlier this year. “De Camino Pa’La Cima” includes a collaboration with Reggaeton superstar, Daddy Yankee, along with Zion & Lennox. “La Temperatura” features a hot and spicy video with an exquisite dark-haired Latina hottie leading a choreographed dance routine in a junkyard. Look out for J Alvarez, only two CD’s so far, but already making his mark on the urban Latin music scene.
