Everyone knows the #1 song in the country, “Despacito” (Click Here) is also riding high on the top of the Latin Singles Chart on iTunes. What makes it stand out is it’s also #2 on the chart, huh? The remix version of the Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee track featuring Justin Bieber is currently #1 and the original version minus Bieber is the second most popular Latin song of the week. The peculiarity doesn’t stop with the top two songs. The remaining eight songs in the Top 10 are controlled by various combinations of the biggest superstars in the game: Shakira, Nicky Jam, Maluma, Enrique Iglesias, and Prince Royce. Shakira just released her new album, “El Dorado” which gives us a glimpse into her personal life with her soccer superstar husband, Gerard Pique. Five songs from the album are in the Top 10 – “Me Enamore” (3), “Chantaje” (4), “Perro Fiel” Ft. Nicky Jam (5), “Deja Vu” with Prince Royce (9), and the remix of “Chantaje” (10).

The music video features actress Noel Gugliemi from the sitcom, “Fresh Off The Boat”. Enrique Iglesias has a club banger that just won’t quit with his latest, “Subeme’ La Radio” clocking in at #8. The music video was shot on the streets of Havana, Cuba and will remind long-time Iglesias’ fans of his breakthrough hit,”Bailamos” eighteen years ago!
