Keith Urban Medley For The Artists We Lost in 2017

2016 was one of the most painful years in music history with the loss of icons, David Bowie, Prince, Glenn Frey, and George Michael on Christmas.  It was like each month we’d lose another piece of our heart when our heroes passed away one after another.  Keith Urban, who is not only an incredible singer and songwriter, is a brilliant guitarist and a music fan like us. Keith’s influences run the gamut from country to metal to R&B. Urban performed a medley honoring those singers we lost in 2016.   Sadly, 2017 wasn’t much better as the death toll mounted.  For the beginning of the year losing the original “guitar hero”, Chuck Berry, to mid-year losing “The Voice”, Chris Cornell, and founding Southern Rock icon, Gregg Allman.   Once again, Keith Urban paid tribute to those who passed away in 2017 with a beautiful nine minute medley that he performed on New Year’s Eve. Watch for the very special guest stars who came on stage during the closing three minutes!
