Korn’s back with a new single for their upcoming CD, The Paradigm Shift. The big news for Korn is the eight year return of guitarist Brian “Head” Welch who left the band in 2005 for religious reasons. Hardcore fans have ripped “Never Never” but Jonathan Davis said “that’s ok, I wrote this one for the girls!”. “It’s a relationship song. You go through that shit and you get hurt so bad. Then you think, ‘It’s not worth it anymore. I’m not going to fucking love again.’ You experience so many pressures to be a good dad, a good husband, a good lover, or whatever. Being in a relationship is a lot of work.” “Never Never” has a bouncy chorus, electronic dubstep beats, and reminds me a little of The Beatles mixed with Marilyn Manson.
